WRIGHTFIRM.COM WELCOMES YOU

Are you impaired?

You can see from the listings below that there are a number of qualifying disabilities provided by the Social Security Administration.  Looking at the listings, do you see any qualifying pain or disease that you may suffer from?  The answer is probably that you cannot be sure, since the list is not defined.  Indeed, one could probably deduce that the listings are probably not really meant to be easily understood.  What type of condition do you think will qualify as a "mental disorder," for example?  If you are mildly depressed, or depressed over a single event, do you qualify for benefits?  (The answer is probably not).  The only way you can know that answer, however, is to have knowledge of definitions accompanying the listings, case law, regulations, statutory law, and the predilections of the jurisdiction you live in.

How many of the staff personnel in your local SSA office would you guess to be qualified to determine if you suffer from a condition that meets a listing?  Do you believe that a medical doctor or psychologist would be more likely to make an accurate determination than a person with no formal medical training?  The answer to those questions is probably pretty obvious.  Of course a person with medical training should decide your case.  The reality is, however, that untrained staff personnel quite often make the decision.  In other words, the tables are rigged, and not in your favor.

You need a knowledgeable lawyer on your side, to even the odds.  We can help you receive the social security benefits you are entitled to.   Call us at 214- 745-1080 or email us at 7451140@gmail.com
