EB5 We do not recommend this visa categories to most of our clients. Many people do not recognize investing $500,000 or $1,000,000 alone does not suffice. This category is for true entrepreneur who will carry on successful business in the U.S. If you are not ready for it, it is always good to wait in another visa until you are well prepared for the true challenge of entrepreneurship in the U.S.
This option usually works well, however, for clients who will not have much of ties from his home country after obtaining U.S. Permanent Resident Status.
